> Vitruvio is a people-first, technology-supported bookkeeping and financial operations firm built exclusively for the insurance industry. Backed by DESCOvery, the D. E. Shaw group's venture studio, Vitruvio serves retail insurance agencies, MGAs, and agency networks across the United States.

Vitruvio (legal name: Vitruvio Inc.) was incorporated in Delaware on January 28, 2026 and is headquartered at 375 9th Ave, New York, NY 10001. It was co-founded by Crystal Temple-Frawley (Head of Operations) and Fabio Salim (CEO).

Services: commission reconciliation (direct bill and agency bill), trust and fiduciary accounting, operating accounting, monthly close, carrier statement processing, and producer payouts. Vitruvio works across agency management systems including Applied Epic, AMS360, EZLynx, and HawkSoft, and with accounting software such as QuickBooks. Pricing is based on the volume of commissions and transactions processed and the complexity of the agency's bookkeeping.
