Crystal is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of leadership experience specializing in insurance agency financial operations, business management, and education. She is recognized for her expertise in insurance bookkeeping, operational strategy, and building scalable financial systems that drive agency growth, and now leads Vitruvio in redefining financial operations for the industry.
As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Pemberley Group, Crystal leads a firm dedicated to helping independent insurance agencies achieve financial clarity and operational excellence. Through her work with Vitruvio and Ricono, she extends that mission by delivering insurance-specific financial operations and technology-driven solutions that support more accurate, scalable, and efficient agency growth.
Earlier in her career, Crystal founded and successfully sold her first bookkeeping firm to a leading Agency Management System provider in 2018. She later served as Vice President and Controller at NavSav, where she played a pivotal role in 53 acquisitions, built out the internal accounting department, and streamlined collaboration between in-house and outsourced financial teams.
