This Privacy Policy describes how Vitruvio ("Vitruvio", "we", “us” or "our") processes personal information that we collect through our digital or online properties or activities that link to this Privacy Policy (including, as applicable, our website and social media pages) as well as our marketing activities, and other activities described in this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Offering”).
This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that we process on behalf of other businesses and organizations. Our use of information that we process on behalf of these other businesses may be governed by our agreements with such businesses. Financial data via Plaid. The Offering supports connecting bank accounts via Plaid Inc. (“Plaid”). Through Plaid, we may receive and process information such as the name of your financial institution, account type, balances, and transaction information (e.g., merchant name/description, dates, amounts, and categories) to improve the Offering; we do not use such data for advertising nor otherwise monetize it. We share this data only with service providers acting on our behalf (including Plaid and our cloud hosting/security providers) and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. We retain financial data for as long as needed to support the Offering and comply with applicable legal, tax, or accounting requirements. We may use phone numbers and message content to facilitate account-related communications and authentication workflows. SMS messages are used solely for operational purposes, such as responding to inbound requests, and are not used for marketing or promotional messaging. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We may create aggregated, de-identified and/or anonymized data from your personal information and other individuals whose personal information we collect. We make personal information into de-identified and/or anonymized data by removing information that makes the data identifiable to you.
